This accountant Receivable Specialist role is responsible for dealing with a portfolio of customers across various countries.

Role: Accountants Receivable Specialist

Term: Permanent

Salary: 33-35k (depending on experience)

Location: Dublin North

THE PERSON

  • 2 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable environment
  • Third level degree in accounting and or Finance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team culture
  • Organized with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently but also in a team where necessary

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for Purchase Orders
  • Acting on debtor's accounts on a regular basis
  • Familiarity with targets and deadlines
  • Weekly AR balance reporting
  • Liaise with customers deal with arrears at month end, and assist with issues which may arise
  • Work proficiently with other members of the team
