· Accounts Payable complex document processing
· Complex call handling, dispute logging/management & supplier facing communication
· Support and facilitate training to transfer site knowledge to the SSC Team who will operate the services
· Execute complex processing in compliance with control policies
· Actively contribute to continuous process improvement
· Some initial European travel to existing sites to learn and document current processes
…and you have:
· College/University degree
· Accounts Payable experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Can-do attitude
· Fluency in English and French
