Job Description
As 2nd Line Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
- application support for international clients via ticketing tool
- troubleshooting basic application issues and resolving standard requests
- routing incidents to appropriate team members
- log and manage issues coming from 1st line support
- reports creation
Job Requirements
General IT knowledge (operating system, MS Office, web applications)
- Knowledge of basic application management processes
- Motivated to learn new systems
- Willing to work in an international team
- Languages: fluent English, German would be an asset
- Java skills and ITIL process awareness wolud be an asset
