What you need to have:
- Fluent English and CCNA certificate or equivalent experience in practice!
As a 2nd Line Network Analyst your scope of duties involves:
- To work as part of Service Desk team providing Incident Management support for Data, Voice and firewall Communications, including LAN / WAN and VoiP
- Working within an ISO20k Framework
- Interacting with external Customers, internal teams and 3rd parties
- Solving technical problem capability within a data network environment, identifying and correctly assessing technical issues, generating solutions and assessing risk, developing alternatives and mitigation/resolution plans, executing the plan and assess its effectiveness (in line with the 2nd line remit)
