Tasks

  • Providing support in solving of authorization problems
  • Accepting and immediately starting to process, solve or forward SW/HW and telephony problems
  • Analysing requests and problems and develops solution suggestions
  • Accepting and supporting orders
  • Giving advice in order to achieve an efficient IT operation
  • Accepting incoming information and making sure that it is correctly recorded and is immediately processing or forwarding according to the internal processes

Requirements

  • Experience in IT Helpdesk/Customer Service
  • Good knowledge of the current Windows operating systems
  • Fluency in English AND/OR German/French/Dutch
  • CCNA knowledge is an advantage
  • Is open, communicative and works well within a team
