Information for Exhibitors

The career fair will give you the opportunity to present the activities of your company, to announce vacancies, to make contact with a large number of participants from different educational backgrounds and qualification fields and to find the workforce you are looking for. You will be able to conduct interviews with candidates selected by you and manage the entire recruitment process.
What do you need to do to participate in the online event (explained step by step):
Register on the platform if you do not have a registration and select the event you want to participate in;
If you already have a registration on the platform, request to join as an exhibitor for the event "Career in Bulgaria";
Enter information in the company profile – description, activities, logo. It is public and candidates can get an idea of your activity from it;
Publish your vacancies;
Follow the applications on them;
You can invite suitable candidates for an interview and set a time-slot for it within the event;
On the day of the event, you can communicate with candidates via individual chat, conduct pre-scheduled interviews (for this purpose a Skype account should be entered on the platform - Skype ID) or participate in the general chat.
You have the opportunity to join the program of the event by presenting your company and/or your workplaces by sending a video to firstname.lastname@example.org (they can be provided either as YouTube, Vimeo links and as a file in MP4 format).
