About the organisation
WILLEMEN GROUP comprises several companies active in the building sector, from suppliers and contractors to project developers. These companies complement each other to guarantee the clients a tailored solution. We are active in several areas of the building industry: civil engineering, industrial construction, residential and general utilities construction, road construction. A part from the general contracting we also have some specific subcontractors within our own organisation, such as pile foundations, roofing, sanitary installations, HVAC and raised floors. The project development department is active in the field of apartments as well as offices. The group's solid base is in Belgium, but we are being challenged by many possibilities abroad. We have strong international ambitions. Currently the group is working on projects in Africa. WILLEMEN GROUP employs almost 2.000 persons in Belgium and creates indirect employment for many more people. All branch offices together realize impressive projects that all represent an annual turnover close to 600 million Euros. In Belgium as well as abroad we keep growing at a solid pace. Project and construction managers (M/V)

We have recently brought in a large project in Abidjan (Ivory Coast).
This is on the one hand over a project of 41 luxury villas, on the other hand, 320 villas with commercial Centre.
To guide these projects we are looking for experienced project managers who already have realized projects of more than 10 million €.
You shall be responsible for the end result of the assigned projects by the work to organise optimally, taking into account the resources available.
Profiel:
-Professional or academic Master using a minimum of 5 years experience.
-language: French and English
-Negotiating skills in relationship with clients, architects and subcontractors/suppliers.
-Communication Skills.
