About the organisation
The Hotel is situated on the south tip of the Giens Peninsula and in a charming village with a Panoramic view on the islands of Hyères : Porquerolles, Port-Cros et Levant. Our residence and park is build on the rocks in front of the sea. Here our apartments are surrounded by a pinewood forest. The hotel has 41 rooms divided on 5 floors. 27 rooms are facing the sea and 14 rooms are overviewing the little village. During the 3 generations the hotel has gone through several changes and the rooms have taken varies shapes. Each of the rooms are therefore unique and presenting different Provencal style. We do have 4 restaurants: * LaRascasse: In restaurant “La Rascasse”, with a panoramic view of the islands of Hyeres, our chef prepares gourmets menus from local products, and a dessert buffet of homemade cakes and tarts. * La Brasserie: On the village side of the hotel our guests will experience a relaxed atmosphere in our Brasserie, where the locals meet for an aperitif. Here we offer homemade dishes to affordable prices. * Le Bar/Restaurant du Soleil: Restaurant “Bar du Soleil”, offers a menu inspired by the Provence cuisine, and served in the quiet setting of the park terrace. It is open every day from late June to mid-September for lunch. * Le Barbecue: Restaurant “Barbecue” is overlooking the pool and sea, offers an open-air kitchen with grilled specialties, our hors d’œuvre buffet and a selection of homemade desserts
