CHEF DE PARTIE/DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE/COMMIS CHEF (SC017)

 

Job Description

 

To prepare all types of food items as assigned by Chef de Cuisine of the outlet. Other responsibilities include collecting all the tools needed at the station in good time, maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen and refrigerators and observing HACCP hygiene and safety rules.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Positive & friendly personality
  • Flexible,  passionate about the job and focused on providing high quality results
  • Self-motivated and proactive. Ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of English language

Relevant education & professional experience in an a la carte or buffet restaurant
