• Responsible for performing general customer service tasks at the reception of the spa;
• Perform data entry tasks in the system;
• Organizing schedules of therapists and beauticians;
• Clarifying questions to customers regarding the operation of the SPA;
• Supporting guests in everything that is requested of them;
• Ensure the smooth running of the SPA.

• Assiduity, responsibility and sense of duty;
• Dynamic and pro-active personality with a taste for good work
• Good communication techniques
• Strong notions of excellent customer service;
• Fluency in English language;
• Spa experience in 5-star hotels.
