About the job

Location : Based in Accra, Ghana.

Job description, In a first phase : Technical follow-up of exisiting SLA’s and maintenance contracts. * Planning execution of maintenance jobs on site * Intensive communication with customers and C-B. * Liaison between C-B and customers * Technical support to the customers * Preparation overhauls and other major jobs * Supervision/project management of major jobs (executed by C-B or locally) * Control on spare parts stock at the customer’s site * Ad hoc problem solving * Propose improvements to the existent equipment Local representation of C-B for Western and Central Africa : * Active prospection of the Market in Ghana and in other Western and Central African countries, both English speaking as French speaking countries. * Implement sales strategy with Sales manager by doing joint or separate customer visits / making proposals and follow-up. * Doing Machine Ratings at new prospects plants * Promote the LEHUI and C-B products in the area. In a next phase, Managing the local service HUB : * Selection and recruitment of local service technicians * Supervision and planning jobs * Management of the workshop / stocks / tooling Reports to the Sales manager
