About the organisation
We are a part of the Barona Group, the largest HR service provider in Finland employing over 14 000 different professionals this year.
Our operations in the customer care field were established in 2002, when we created an organization for meeting the demand for good customer care personnel within the industry. Our first outsourced service solutions started in 2006 – a strategic decision that was made in order to be able to meet the customer needs in a more comprehensive way. Our customer care centers are located in Finland, Poland and Spain.
We employ 500 customer care specialists in our service centers, and we recruit over 1000 professionals to various customers.
