Algarveresorts - Who are we?

Algarveresorts currently has 2 Units with self-catering apartments 3* and 4*, a Luxury Villa and one Hotel will open soon, during this year,  a Boutique Hotel Villa Maria 4*, all in Albufeira in the first line of coast.

Functions to perform:

- launch reservations

- attend to in house guests, request and complaints

- attend to future customer requests

- load extranets

- accompany customers to apartments

- Store luggage from check-ins/check-outs

- dealing with matters relating to apartment owners

- handle complaints

- In the Clube Maria Luisa development (small development with only 25 apartments) the receptionist also takes care of a small Bar (coffee, soft drinks, beers, “basic” drinks) and prepares breakfast and small snacks

If you need collective accommodation, the company has accommodation for employees who travel from other parts of the country or other countries, a small Studio shared with another colleague from reception.

You have to be available to work between 8:00 and 16:30 and/or between 15:30 and 0:00, shifts are rotative.

Salary is between 700-750€ depending on if you need accomodation and skills, and is adjustable in case it can be verified that you learn and adapt fast, and are an organized, skilled and competente worker.
