Hollywood Café and Shop, located in the attractive village of Hollywood, Co. Wicklow opened in May 2018. Its focus is on Fresh, Seasonal & Local produce, with Irish, International and Wood Fired cuisine served in a traditional Irish cottage originally opened as a Post Office in 1855.

It is from this building that in 1850 Mathew Guirke moved to the USA and, it is believed, gave the name of his home town in Ireland to the Hollywood in California, to which it is likely he was attracted by the Gold rush.
