iziwork is looking to hire a Product Specialist to join our team in Italy.

The Product Specialist role works directly with Product, Engineering, and the Italian business teams to ensure the products we release will maintain a high-quality bar and meet the needs of the Italian market. This cross-functional role will operate as the connective tissue between the product and the rest of the organization and will communicate product changes, consolidate and provide feedback to our PMs, and help educate our users as well as our internal teams.

 

We’re looking for someone who has a passion for technology and users. As a Product Specialist, you will dive deeply into details and pay attention to issues both big and small. You will surface user issues and patterns in user reports, provide insights and recommendations on how to improve our products, and drive continuous improvement programs to better serve our users. You will collect user feedback, analyze performance data, synthesize those findings, and present ideas clearly both written and orally. Your day-to-day will include interfacing with Product Managers, the operations teams, and our users.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to guarantee market readiness for product launches, including communications, training and support during rollout
  • Identify customer pain points and influence Engineering and Product teams to solve customer issues and drive improved service.
  • Prioritize feedback, recommendations, and potential concerns to the Product Team; build clear cases for embedding requests within the product roadmap.
  • Develop scalable processes to provide valuable and actionable recommendations to the Product and Engineering teams in order to drive continuous product improvements and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Be a product expert around the iziwork experience; serve as a consultant for cross-functional teams, and own product knowledge dissemination in the organization

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a computer-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, including expertise in Excel. Experience with product analytics and metrics preferred
  • Experience developing feedback loops with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience with customer support tools and product management concepts.
  • Track record of working cross-functionally to create solutions and resources.
  • Experience the employment industry .
  • Analytical experience creating strong business cases and reports.
  • Prior experience working in consumer technology preferred, in a customer support or customer education role
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity on a normal basis, and to indirectly lead a team to launch and maintain large scale cross-functional programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical partners such as engineering on technical product concepts.
