How can you help?

As a UX Designer, you will be part of team dedicated to helping our customers build applications from scratch or redesign existing ones. You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects in all industries, creating web-based or mobile experiences.You’ll be the user’s advocate and the innovation seeker, working with our client’s stakeholders and the development team to make the experiences you design come to life.

Day-to-day includes

• Crafting digital experiences in low and high-fidelity for web responsive and mobile native apps

• Articulate design decisions based on research and communicate them to product, business and technology leaders

• Guide customers through the crafted vision and help them understand the impact of what they’re doing for the business and for the users

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process

• Drive user research activities such as user interviews, usability studies, user data analysis and user testing.

• Design product concepts from scratch 

• Product development using Design methodologies

• Design user flows and prototypes in Figma

• Contribute to the creation of innovative products and services

• Support the team by assessing the feasibility and viability of the provided solutions.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design

• Great communication skills - you’ll be the user’s advocate, so you really know how to influence stakeholders

• Autonomy, Problem-solving, and attention to detail;

• Clear understanding and independence on the execution of the entire UX lifecycle.

• Knowledge of Human-centered design methodologies

• Passion for creating innovative digital products and services

• Self-sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learn

• Comfortable with design tools (Sketch / Figma /Adobe CC)

• Knowledge of standards and best practices for iOS, Android and Web

• Good level of spoken and written English
