  • Understanding our buyer personas and the needs and “pains” of our target market;

  • Generating and qualifying leads;

  • Cold-calling and cold-emailing qualified prospects;

  • Writing and adapting e-mail scripts and outreach sequences;

  • Using social selling techniques to attract and source leads;

  • Updating and keeping detailed notes in our CRM;

  • Brainstorming and executing new strategies to attract our target market;

  • Working together with the team to establish and share prospecting techniques that work;

  • Keeping up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target market;

  • Trying out and using various prospecting tools and software;

  • Submit reports to Business Development Manager on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting or related field (preferred);
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive or similar job role will be considered an advantage;
  • Comfortable with cold-selling via email and telephone;
  • Impressive communication skills (phone, writing, and listening skills);
  • Extensive experience with various sales techniques;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Ability to deliver convincing presentations;
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role;
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software;
  • Experience reaching or exceeding activity goals and targets.
