This is a permanent job.

Our client is seeking to employ a number of Customer Service Specialist with fluent German to join their team. This is a chance to work within a team that is at the heart of the business and showcase your skills delivering a high level of customer service. The role involves supporting customer needs via all communication channels. It will be fast-paced and varied role and will give you the opportunity to work in a great work environment .
The Role:
- Deliver a high level of customer service, putting the customer first at all stages of their journey
- Work closely with a diverse and vibrant team
- Communicate effectively between customers, client and the team.
- Resolve queries at the first point of contact through various communication channels.
- Liaising with finance and sales.
- Professionally handle all enquiries, payments and follow up on any issues efficiently
The Candidate:
- Experience working in a customer service role providing excellent customer service
- Proficient in MS office (i.e., Word, Excel) and Sap
- Fluent written and spoken ability in German and fluent English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail and organization skills
