Experienced Mixologist
The 4* Alex Hotel, Merrion Square are looking to increase the team and have an opportunity for a full & part time Experienced Mixologist who can join the team to support the delivery of great service and keep The Alex in the Top 3 of TripAdvisor in Dublin city.
We are looking for individuals who are
- Customer focussed
- Confident
- Efficient under pressure
- Experience in Cocktail making is essential
Essentially you will have worked in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel bar l for a minimum of 6 months and we can provide you with further training you may need to become a professional!
You will be given the opportunity to experiment with drinks and develop your own.
