WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Responsible to perform the Asset & Configuration Management Process
  • Cooperation on the improvement of the Configuration Management System (CMS)
  • Coordination of activities with other IT Service Management processes
  • Support of internal as well as external audits
  • Monitoring and optimization of the efficiency and effectiveness of the process
  • Realization and control of measures to optimize the process

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in system integration or comparable qualification
  • Experience in IT Asset & Configuration Management
  • Ideally experience in ServiceNow tool
  • Knowledge in ITIL service management processes
  • Ideally ITIL Foundation v3 certification or higher
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
  • Team-oriented, committed and solution-oriented way of working
