Responsibilities:

- Handling incoming telephone calls from Swedish taxi drivers;

- Support taxi drivers in daily traffic, provide support to their inquiries;

- Promptly respond to taxi driver problem situations and provide solutions.

Requirements:

- Fluent Swedish;

- Excellent communication and customer service skills;

- High attention to details, high sense of responsibility towards work.
