As our new Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will be the professional sparring partner to our C-level management and help drive and lead our overall business agenda through ensuring efficient handling of people & culture processes, including advising and coaching leaders. Moreover, you will drive and lead the yearly HR cycle activities as well as implement development projects and other people & culture initiatives driving the organisational and people-related change initiatives.
Your tasks will be to:
Anchored in People & Culture, you work closely with the business and have daily interactions with the People & Culture Operations team. The global functions are working both out of Lyngby and Struer, and you will be expected to balance your time in between both areas. Depending on your geography you can work out of either Struer or Lyngby. You will report directly to the CHRO.
You will join a highly ambitious, dynamic and international working environment with great passion for what we do in all functions.
What you bring
A key to success in this role is your ability to build trusting relationships and therefore your interpersonal skills and coaching skills are important. You also have strong business acumen and understand how to bridge people and business agendas.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience with HR from a global company and strong insight into the various HR disciplines from employee relations, people development, organizational design over to strategic sparring with senior business leaders.
