We are looking for an experienced controller who will be a key member of the corporate group, contributing to the daily operational activities and administration of group companies as the business expands. You will have a great opportunity to support globalization and digitalization of corporate controlling.

This is an interesting role within a rapidly growing market, reporting to VP, Finance Reporting & Compliance. You will have a chance to work in international business being a partner for leading companies in green energy field and to create significant wind power impact.

As the Group Controller you will be responsible for improving quality in all processes related to group finance, standardization of work in month closing processes as well as supporting other finance functions in creating, validating an controlling of power BI reports.

You will undertake the aspects of financial controlling, accounting and reporting within KK Group as well as development of internal policies and procedures to standardize working methods.

You role:

  • Assist the senior group controller with review and controlling of data at month close, including review of trial balances for all companies.
  • Participate in the development of strong processes around month close, forecast and budgets.
  • Develop finance business reports in Business intelligence system, including closing cockpit for month end.
  • Analyze and understand consolidation systems and processes including create documentation files.
  • Participate in the roll-out of new ERP, including participation in relevant workshops.
  • Participate in implementation of IFRS standards.
  • Create global accounting manuals across the group.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as financial controller in a similar position or 4 years of experience from a large audit company..
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with group accounting (DK GAAP and IFRS).
  • Excellent business understanding, including experience from financial controlling in a global company.
  • Proactive, analytical, communicative and supportive mindset.
  • High attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills and understanding of data privacy standards & compliance.
  • Demonstrated skills within finance business systems (Dynamics 365, Cognos and. Power BI).
  • Fluent English skills.
