As Sales Representative in our International Hotline you are the first contact for our customers. You provide service and advise about the ordering process, and you are acting as link between our customers and the experts departments.

     

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Process orders, offers and manage customer accounts
  • Provide telephone, email and chat support (inbound customer contact)
  • Perform various administrative duties and tasks

 

  

Our requirements

  

  • Fluent English plus another foreign language on a mother tongue basis (Dutch, French, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Czech, Italian and Portuguese)
  • Passion for music and / or experience with the music industry
  • Experience of service support and advising customers
  • High degree of personal initiative, commitment, ability to work in a team, target orientation
  • Experienced with computer and the established MS-office-programs
