Drive IT projects and make a difference

Due to increased activities and growth, LEO Pharma is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager, who will get the opportunity to impact how strategic IT projects are planned, executed and implemented across the global organisation. Specifically, you will join a program where you will be contributing to enhancing IT security across a wide spectrum of LEO Pharma applications throughout the company.

As Global IT is currently undergoing a transformation towards working in an agile setup, it is crucial that you either have experience working in such an environment or want to develop in this direction to support the transformation.

Key areas to your success
Understand a highly regulated business and adjust your project deliverables accordingly
Challenge organizational decisions based on deep understanding of business goals and current IT security standards
Identify and create valuable relationships with key stakeholders across the global organisation and outsourcing partners.

Your tasks include
Driving projects related but not limited to a major IT Security initiative in collaboration with program management and other project managers
Prepare, control and follow up on your project budget and timeline
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and resources across the organisation to ensure timely deliveries
Contribute in efforts to develop the way projects are planned, executed and implemented
Close dialogue with your project organisation in order to motivate your resources, manage vendors and run projects efficiently.

Your qualifications
Project management certified or practical experience with large-scale international IT projects including managing diverse stakeholders at various organisational levels as well as external stakeholders
Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience from larger international organisations.
Several years of experience from a Scrum Master role.
Several years of experience with IT Security projects or similar
Demonstrated knowledge of the IT Security domain
An excellent and well-assorted project management toolbox
Experience from a regulated industry.
Professional English skills, both written and spoken.
Excellent team-oriented mindset and goal oriented.

Global, cross-organisational projects close to the business

As Senior IT Project Manager you will be part of Project & Portfolio Management (PPM). Currently PPM manages approximately 60 projects organised in programs - the vast majority are directly linked to LEO Pharma's Business areas and are key to delivering on our 2025 Strategy. The environment within PPM is characterized by ambitions, high pace, pragmatism and the will to succeed through collaboration.
