Become a part of our Analytics team in Kamstrup

With direct reference to our Head of Data Analytics & UX Design you will become part of our Technology Software Division and the Data Analytics team. You will become a member of a small team composed of Developers, UX Designers and Business Developers, where we believe in shared knowledge and individual responsibility. The team is highly agile and has managed to master CI/CD through a top tuned microservice architecture. We develop our analytics services based on the lean startup principles, and have a close collaboration with our clients. We seek to use data insights to guide our decision making.

Test and develop your skills in a modern setup

Your role as Senior Software Developer will be to lead the development and technical aspects of central elements of our data analytics platform. Our team members all have a specific area of focus which they work towards. Your focus will be tailored to ensuring the overall QoS in perspective to the backend for data processing for one of our business areas.

On a daily basis you will implement code, purpose and evaluate new designs with peer colleagues, such as architects, developers and operations, in perspective to ensure the QoS of our platform. The team seeks to utilize the wisdom of all and collaboration is our key to ensure quality and effectiveness. We believe that reviews and feedback are vital to ensure quality and knowledge sharing, and you will be playing a leading role in the participation of peer reviews.

Once we execute we delegate responsibility to ensure progress and focus in our work. We expect you to take responsibility and lead towards progress and value creation for the benefit of our clients.

In the job, you can expect 5-10 travel days per year.

Personality matters

You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering and have at least 8-10 years’ of professional experience working with Microsoft .NET C#.

In addition, it is a requirement that you have solid experience with:

  • .NET C#
  • Microservice architecture
  • Azure, infrastructure as code, Event hubs
  • MS Cosmos DB, know SQL databases
  • Service Fabric, Kubernetes
  • CI/CD Pipeline
  • Software architecture
  • Systems engineering

As a person, you are motivated by coordinating the prioritization and leading the development efforts. You possess strong communicative skills and the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization. You are proactive and able to challenge the current order to ensure the best solutions. A deep understanding of our clients is vital, and we expect you to be able to learn quickly and seek information to learn more about our business domains. We expect you to be able to balance the decision on when to innovate and challenge status quo, and when to deliver according to our promises to our customers.

You are fluent in English both written and oral.
