COOK

-For this position the candidates must get acquainted with the organization and technology of cooking production.

-Has experience in the use of cooking products under the guidance of the chef or deputy chef.

-Complies with the established technology for production of cooking products and recipes for the composition, quantity and quality of the products used.

-Complies with the quality standards of the prepared dishes.
