We are looking for employee(s) competencies of and familiar with compliance practices and solutions in highly regulated or/and quality oriented businesses  manufacturing, pharma, health, automotive, process industries like chemistry. The job is a combination of subject matter expertice and industry related compliance know-how and ability to implement NordCheck compliance solutions and platform. Good communication skills that can benefit and support our sales efforts is needed. 

Compliance solution specialist could be a technologist with sufficient compliance (quality management, risk management, incident management, regulation mangement, HSEQ etc) experience from one or several fields of industries mentioned above, or a compliance SME with sufficient technical skills in understanding role and use of compliance management tools (like QMS, ERMs) and solutions in relevant sectors. 

NordCheck compliance platform and solutions are based on M-Files technology (www.m-files.com). M-Files technology is one of the leading ECM solutions and familiarity with other ECM solutions like OpenText is an asset. Implementation projects are based on configuration of the platform and adaptation of NordCheck solutions. Coding skills are not necessary. Training to the technology and NordCheck solutions will be available both in the beginning of the employment and during the employment. It is unclear now when in-person trainings are again available. 

We are looking for to hire a person that has convincing industry expertise in compliance world, can support sales team, demostrate solutions and build new customer specific demos, prepare solution documentation, participate in implementing solutions in addition to contribuiting to building and developing new compliance related solutions. 

We are flexible what it comes to seniority and title. Our plan is to expand to Central and Western Europe (Germany, the NL, the UK) being supported by this hire. Thus, language skills in German language, Dutch are of benefit. We are open to considereing different locations if necessary.
