  • Calls to transform the online credit simulations into completed files
  • Keep in contact with clients by receiving incoming calls and emails, managing claims and requests and also do calls to speak with clients about any items missing

 

Profile:

 

  • Native or near native level of French
  • B2 Level in English
  • Previous experience working in banking highly preferred
  • Good computer skills
  • Previous experience or contact with clients – inbound and outbound
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good listening and empathy skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Team spirit and flexibility
