ABOUT FINOA

Finoa is a German-based Startup, founded by a team of banking technology and cyber security experts, FinTech-entrepreneurs, financial services professional and former strategy consultant.

With the ambition of re-defining traditional banking, we launched the world’s first fully digital (warm-storage) banking-grade custody and asset-servicing solution for Institutional Investors in Digital Assets. Our custodial product will serve as the base to grow our product portfolio towards financial services for Digital Assets, such as Prime Brokerage, Tokenization, Lending, Staking or Investment Services/Wealth Management.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Establish and support Finoa’s growth strategy across Europe
  • Identify new customer segments, business models and develop business cases for new investments and services
  • Provide analysis of trends, forecasts and data to support the management on strategy and business growth 
  • Support the founding team across all workstreams in Finance, Operations, Sales and Customer Support 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are currently a Bachelor’s/Master’s Student in the field of Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience/knowledge in the financial services industry - working experience in Startup-environment, Finance or Strategy a plus
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Excellent academic track-record
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and pro-activeness
