ABOUT FINOA 

Finoa is a German FinTech company, developing technology for financial services on Digital Assets (Cryptocurrencies / Tokens). Using our blockchain-adapted core-banking technology and programmable hardware-security-modules, we offer custodial services (storage) to institutional investors, financial institutions / corporations and HNWI. We are currently hiring for various (fulltime as well as part-time) tech positions to lead, develop, and execute our technological road map in a rapidly growing startup environment, while working with highly experienced, entrepreneurial, mission-driven colleagues from the banking technology-, strategy consulting-, and cybersecurity industry. 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work closely with the Product Management team and the CTO on defining and executing a product strategy that is aligned with Finoa’s business growth objectives.
• Deliver software solutions to time, budget and quality: take ownership for the whole development cycle - from architecture design to implementation, testing and maintenance
• Be passionate about building websites and mobile apps that are resilient, secure and scalable to function in a global intensive business environment.
• Write code and design user interfaces that your peers praise for their elegance and add value by leveraging current trends in software design, architecture, and technology
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in technology and web/mobile security to ensure the highest levels of stability and safety for the customer. 

YOUR PROFILE

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject;
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing websites and cross platform mobile apps
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React Native, iOS and Android development
• Knowledge of (Postgres) SQL and cryptography is a plus!
• Experienced in designing, developing, deploying, operating and improving of websites and mobile apps
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams – German and other languages are a plus!
• Previous experience within Financial Services and/or FinTech startups is a plus!
• A strong sense of long-term ownership of the work you do and believe in doing things the right way for the right reasons.
