ABOUT US In our kitchen the raw materials do the talking and the menus vary according to the seasons. Respect for the origins – the soil and the animals – is at the heart of our philosophy and well rooted in our daily work. Most of our suppliers are located within the borders of our province – Skåne. ABOUT YOU In our team of 22 motivated chefs we are looking for a souschef with strong leadership skills. To excel in the role – you have great organizing and planning skills and with several years of experience from fine dining restaurants you got what it takes to lead a team towards success – every time. Your personality plays an important role and we believe that you are humble towards the strong traditions in the restaurant, yet always eager to create, develop and refine.
ABOUT THE POSITION The employment is full time with working hours as stated in the collective agreement based on Swedish Labor Law. The position will be assigned as soon as possible and interviews are being conducted continually. Salary is based on collective agreement with full benefits. Housing can be provided upon request.
