If you join our Learning Coordinator team, you may have the following responsibilities:

• managing requests and queries from BP businesses, internal/external partners and    learners
• taking ownership of individual training sessions, maintaining learning catalogues, schedule training courses, manage pre- and post-training activities
• interacting with partners, learners in a professional and efficient manner in various European languages
• collaborating with remote global teams to achieve excellent and productive services
• Follow defined Problem and Incident Management processes, escalate where necessary and deliver regular updates to customers and management
• Proactively raise issues to the Senior Learning Coordinator (Senior Specialist) and support them with providing a resolution
• Engage with the wider team, suggesting better ways of working, demonstrating a commitment to ‘continuous improvement’
• Participate in relevant focused project work, contributing to the onward development of the team’s processes, tools and systems

 

 

In the Learning Coordinator role we have the following requirements:

• fluency in English
• customer focus and strive for excellence 
• ensuring positive learner experience by supporting learner queries, publishing and tracking training events
• detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment even when they are sometimes monotonous 
• enabling smooth training delivery by managing pre-training activities on time whilst collaborating with internal BP and external partners
• maintaining data integrity in various learning systems by adhering to the BP standards
• maintaining our reputation by your professional, helpful and pro-active attitude towards our customers and stakeholders and represent one of the largest global energy company
• result and solution oriented
• flexible and motivated personality with a professional and efficiency driven attitude
• relevant experience in the field of HR Services / Training Management or in SSC environment is an advantage
