German Speaking Customer Care Specialist (Budapest)
As a Customer Care Specialist your main tasks will be the following:
- Provide support to the assigned customers as a first point of contact by e-mail and phone with regard to accommodation booking
- Take ownership of resolving customer queries in a timely manner
- Meet individual and team goals (KPIs)
- Continuously identify work process improvements and discuss them with the Managers
To be considered as an ideal candidate, you are required to have:
- Advanced German AND English language knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts
- Bachelor’s degree
- Customer oriented personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage
