German Speaking Customer Care Specialist (Budapest)

As a Customer Care Specialist your main tasks will be the following:

• Provide support to the assigned customers as a first point of contact by e-mail and phone with regard to accommodation booking
• Take ownership of resolving customer queries in a timely manner
• Meet individual and team goals (KPIs)
• Continuously identify work process improvements and discuss them with the Managers

To be considered as an ideal candidate, you are required to have:

• Advanced German AND English language knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts
• Bachelor’s degree
• Customer oriented personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience is an advantage
