Enter Estonia is an online recruitment event where Estonian employers can meet job seekers around the world. The online format is a great way for both parties to find a suitable job or a worker without a need for going to physical job fairs or recruitment events.
Before the job fair employers upload their vacancies to which job seekers can apply. The earlier this is done, more time job seekers have to apply and this will result in more suitable candidates applying. Once employer approves the application of a suitable candidate, a time for a short interview will also be agreed upon by the means offered by the platform. The short interview will take place during the event at the event platform. After the interview it should be clear, if the candidate is the one to go forward with or not.
