Your Experience for the Role

• A love of food and a desire to learn more
• A good understanding of food preparation method
• Experience in a restaurant kitchen or similar environment
• Catering qualification preferable

The Main Duties

• To prepare foods as instructed by the Head Chef in accordance with our Company standards.
• To assist with the preparation and service of all meals and service required as instructed, and uphold the company’s standard to the client’s satisfaction.
• Make sure that food is ready to be served by specified service times, according to menu specification, correct portion control and the correct garnish.

Your Responsibilities

• Safe food preparation and service
• Working effectively within a creative team
• Checking deliveries and assisting with stock take as required
• Ensuring displays and counters are to standard set by your manager
