Project Manager - Financial Services

€70000 - €85000 per annum

Our client, a leading fintech organisation based in south central Dublin, is seeking a Project Manager with 5 YEARS project management experience in financial services. This role will require travel, mainly at beginning and end of projects to discuss with clients, which will result in travel for 15-20% of your total time, so ability to travel through Europe unrestricted is essential.

The company are seeking an industry leading Project Manager who will become the go-to expert and be the representing body of the team at executive meetings as well as with clients in Ireland and throughout Europe.

Project Manager - Dublin - Financial Services

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Project definition, planning, tracking, management and control.
• Contribute as required to general development and improvement of the project management team.
• Ability to engage competently with the client at all levels of the organisation, through to senior exec level.
• Running project and exec steering meetings
• Representing Project Management to prospects and presenting delivery solutions as required.

Some of the key components of the successful Project Manager will be:

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex multi-million dollar projects within the f.s industry.
• Minimum of 5 years plus project management experience with full project management responsibilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and implementations
• Knowledge and experience with PM methodologies. (Prince 2 or PMP)
• Has worked within capital markets or post-trade automation
• Excellent client facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills.
