The key responsibilities for Customer Service will be:

Up to €25000 per annum

  • Handling queries regarding covers, claims, complaints.
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Developing extensive and sound product knowledge.
  • Providing accurate, valid and complete information to the clients.
  • Multi-tasking of ad hoc assignments.
  • Delivering a high-quality service and committing to continuous improvements.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to clients.

Essential skills/abilities:

  • Fluency in German & English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in a customer focused role or call centre environment.
  • Ability to work individually and within a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts.
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Office package i.e. Excel, Word.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
