Corporate Services Manager - Dublin - E45K

Financial Services client is seeking a Corporate Services Specialist to join a growing team. Working alongside industry leaders, part qual or qual ICSA with minute taking exp. required as well as seniority from current role.

Skills/experience required

  • Qualified or part qualified ICSA or similar;
  • Minimum 3 years' company secretarial experience, preferably in the financial services industry;
  • Working knowledge of Irish Company law specifically relating to the obligations of Irish companies and the Company Secretary's role;
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the business
  • Knowledge of Blueprint and BoardVantage or other equivalent secretarial applications an advantage.
