Test VAVE Subject Matter Expert (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

> Provide concepts that exhibit a high degree of creativity, functional simplicity and overall design excellence

> Proficiency utilizing Schematic, Analysis, and Simulation ECAD software

> Produce cost effective designs which exceed customer expectations

> Plan and execute schedules which meet or exceed customer requirements

> Perform component selection within the constraints of the product requirements

> Implement electronics with a focus on Design for Testability and optimize test strategy

> Maintain professional, cooperative relationship with both the customer and internal disciplines in order to provide superior levels of technical Service

> Maintain quality standards and procedures e.g. ISO9000, ISO13485, AS9100, DO 254, DO 178

Your Profile:

> Experience and education in mechanical systems design with a good technical knowledge of materials, fabrication, electrical interconnects, assembly processes and regulatory requirements.

> Experience with Electro Mechanical systems. Must possess a BSME or MSME

> Must demonstrate excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills, have a positive customer Support attitude and the ability to communicate and work with all organization Levels

> Design and development process knowledge and experience is essential with strong technical knowledge of electronic systems, electro-mechanical packaging, thermal management considerations, shock and vibration dynamics and regulatory compatibility

> 10 years of experience and excellent organizational skills

> Knowledge of thermal management, cabling, environmental requirements (shock, vibe, temperature) and Electrical System Packaging (ESP)

> Knowledge of software, firmware and operating Systems > As an individual contributor, requires independent decision making relating to product cost, design task schedule management and prototype materials coordination

> Must have a working knowledge of: ICT, BSCAN, FCT, Burnin
