•       Mission of the candidat

Our team implement and maintain transversal IT solutions, for a European scope, mainly in the Commercial and Business Intelligence/Analytics domain. We use the latest technologies and methodologies to propose user friendly, added value and efficient solutions

For of our rapidly growing team, we are looking for an Agile Project Manager/Scrum master with hands on project management experience, to implement and maintain new IT solutions for the domain

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities :

•      Support project teams to efficiently move towards an agile approach

•      Challenge existing behaviors of Agile teams, and facilitate discussions that lead to the resolution of project issues and impediments

•      Coach and mentor junior Scrum Masters/Product owners to encourage consistent, best practices across the teams

•      Effectively communicates with cross functional teams (face to face and remote), with business stakeholders (Finance/Commercial/Purchasing/HR functions) and subject matter experts

•      Actively contributes to developing and delivering formal presentations and training programs to end users, project teams, management teams and executive management

•      Actively contributes to an internal Agile Community of Practices at the European level

Education :

  • 4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration)

Skills & Specifications :

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Can do attitude
  • Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of Agile Methodologies and incremental delivery
  • Exhibits desire to continuously learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies from teams and Agile community
  • ScrumMaster certification is a plus
  • Previous experience in an enterprise-wide agile transformation is a plus

Work experience requirements :

  • 3 years acting as a ScrumMaster

Langages :

  • English: advanced level
