The AP Hotels & Resorts group is looking for reception professionals for its hotel units.

Responsibilities:

• Customer service;

• Assure reception service;

• Develop all the technical / administrative procedures to reservation, check in and check out;

• Account movements and receipts issuing;

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the area you are applying for;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Knowledge and handling of the hotel system - Host (preferred);
  • Knowledge of English, French preferential and knowledge of other languages valued;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Neat presentation;
  • Good interpersonal relations skills;
  •  Dynamic, Responsible, reliable and Assiduous;
  • Customer orientation attitude;
  • Availability for rotating schedules and shifts.

Wage gross to € 700 until 900€ according to proven skills and experience.

  • Efetuar lançamentos e recebimentos realizados;

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada na área a que se candidata;

  • Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;

  • Conhecimento e manuseamento do sistema hoteleiro – Host (preferencial);

  • Conhecimento de inglês, francês preferencial e valorizamos conhecimentos de outras línguas;

  • Boa capacidade de comunicação;

  • Apresentação cuidada;

  • Bom relacionamento interpessoal;

  • Dinâmico, Responsável, Idóneo e Assíduo;

  • Atitude de orientação para o cliente;

  • Disponibilidade para horários rotativos e por turnos.

Vencimento de € 700 - 900€ depende da experiencia e das compêtencias..
