Key Responsibilities Spa Receptionist:
- kindly welcomes guests, responds to telephone inquiries and emails, and maintains the regularity of the reception;
- manage reservations, receives and records guest payments and submits daily sales reports in accordance with the procedures and rules of the Spa Center;
- recommends and sells products and services according to the individual needs of the guest, thus achieving and exceeding the agreed goals.

We expect the candidates to:
- proven interest in the spa and recreation segment;
- Teamwork and developed communication, sales and organizational skills;
- good knowledge of English, it is desirable to know the additional foreign language;
- Good knowledge of computer work.
