Profile:
- Technical and academic training appropriate to the function;
- Professional experience in Hospitality (Units of 3 and 4 stars, preferential);
- Provide excellent customer service at all times with the key aim of retaining customers and attracting new customers
- Ensure that all drinks and associated products are served and presented in accordance with Hotel standards;
- Be friendly, smiley and sociable;
- Remain calm, patient and polite if receiving customer feedback;
- Maintain product knowledge and be familiar with current promotions and any new products;
- Responsibility, pro-activity and commitment;
- Knowledge of Portuguese;
