As an Order Management Representative you will be working in a communicative, international environment at Celanese. In this position you will be tasked with ensuring order fulfilment and resolving issues regarding conversions, exchanges, purchases and returns. You will deploy your talents in covering your own client portfolio and keeping a good relationship with both external and internal stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will also include creating credit and debit notes, proactively monitoring open orders to avoid issues and performing diversified customer pricing applications in SAP. You will be also in regular contact with third party service providers. Your key responsibilities will be also to document and follow up of internal and external complaints and support business line managers with sales data analysis, report requests and customer follow-up when necessary.
Ideally educated to BSc level you will have at least 1-5 years of working experience in a customer service role, but certainly with a demonstrable ability of good communicational skills and customer focus. Happy working autonomously and generating, prioritising and handling your own work, you’ve got the skills to work in a team as well.
