German Speaking Accounts Payable Specialist

Tasks:

• control of vendor invoices are processed accurately and paid by due date
• ensure that the company policies are followed and controls are maintained
• validate and enter vendor invoices to SAP
• coordinate the approval of invoices
• audit expense reports
• process weekly outgoing payments
• complete period-end activities

Requirements:

• education in Finance/Accounting or Bachelor’s degree, college courses in accounting preferred
• at least 2 years of AP experience
• fluent English and German
• good user of Excel and SAP
• team player
• accurate and quality focused
