Tasks:

  • lead a team of 4-5 members
  • ensure that the daily activities of the team are completed
  • set clear objectives to the team
  • give regular feedback tot the team
  • support and coach the team members in their individual development
  • keep proves documentation up-to-date
  • lead process migration projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, college courses in accounting preferred
  • 3-4 years of Travel & Expenses experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • fluent English knowledge
  • result oriented
  • ability to influence stakeholders
  • strong problem solving skills continuous improvement mindset
