Ramp Up Project Leader

Join Ramp Up team in Hungary, Tatabánya

Our newly established Ramp Up team is placed in Tatabanya. The Ramp Up project leaders are responsible for facilitating engineering projects from SAT to PQ and ramping up machines, processes and items until hand over to volume production.

Our department is part of Global Engineering, and overall of Global Operations, which is responsible for manufacturing and end-to-end distribution of medical devices within Ostomy care, Continence care, Wound and Skincare in our factories in Denmark, Hungary, US and China.

Tasks:

• Leading and managing projects
• Report on relevant KPIs, effectively managing risk through mitigation planning
• Ensure that Coloplast values and Leadership Principles are followed and acted upon to create maximum value for project and the organisation
• Ensuring project documentation to meet regulatory requirements and Coloplast standards
• Clear communication with stakeholders

Expectation:

• Relevant college / university degree, preferred technical insight
• (min.) 3 years experience in managing of project teams
• Willingness to travel up to 20 days a year
• To keep open mindset
