ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

We are looking for a

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

to our finance team in Atoy Group. Your location will be in Tallinn office.

As an Accounts payable specialist you will be responsible for Atoy Power Oy Accounts payable supplier invoices and general ledger coding’s. You will prepare the payment proposals and handle supplier statements. You will independently manage Accounts payable daily tasks and monthly closings. This role will be part of Atoy Group finance department and your supervisor is Finance Manager. You will be in close co-operation with accountant, service managers and external suppliers and support other organization in finance related matters. 

To success in your position we require:

•    Commercial education

•    3-5 years’ experience of accounts payable. Experience of accounting is considered as a plus

•    self-orientated, independent touch for working and good attitude

•    good communication and customer service skills and accuracy way of working

•    good English and Finnish language skills, basic knowledge Swedish language skills are considered as a plus
