Test Manager - Infrastructure Services - Barcelona

We are urgently looking for a Test Manager for Infrastructure Services in Barcelona. The Test Manager will report directly to the Program Manager.

Candidates need to be willing to travel (to France).  



Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Coordination of all testing activities during every stage of the project;
• Formulation and implementation of Software Testing strategies;
• Resource management (allocation, monitoring, motivating, etc);
• Manage the team of Test Engineers;
• Preparation/review of test plans;
• Preparation/review of test reports;
• Training and mentoring;
• Quality Assurance Responsibilities within the Programme in terms of reporting, continual service improvement and KPI assurance;

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• Knowledge on best practices in Service Delivery and Project Management are highly valued (ISO 9000, ISO 20000, ITIL, Prince2);
• Experience in coordinating teams, multitasking, executive leadership and communication as well as presentation skills;
• Expertise with Tosca and Jira;
• Knowledge and experience with JMeter,Chaos Monkey/Simian Army suite and/or Splunk is an advantage;
• Fluent English;
